Spring Break 2013

I think we overloaded it just a little this year :)

but  not intentionally...

Our flooring project ended up scheduled during spring break - here's a sneak peak (I'll post about our changes later when the decorating is done)

At least they had fun while we worked.

 Finally, we got to mom's...and it was not SPRING weather for SPRINGbreak. drat.

So we 'chilled' at the park and the outlets and at home.

Alee has a discussion over the phone with Uncle Jacob about her feelings concerning his most recent nickname attempt. (Condensed version: She prefers "lollipop", not "little smear".)

We fed some ducks...

OK, maybe 'someone' ate some of the stale defrosted bread for themselves...but just a bite!

Grammy took the camera so we have photographic proof that I was there. (I'm trying to show up in some of our pictures on here...I'm terrible about always wanting to take the pictures and therefore, never being in them.)

Swings = Kaitlyn's favorite park thing

And we spent some saved up money on stuffed animals. (Carolyn has being eyeing this Bambi for over a year now.)

Seth got a skateboard.

And we visited with some friends 

 This little dude is one smart cookie...or parrot. :)

More Park time

look at Grammy - wearing a shaw and cleaning a slide with a box of tissues. finally she's starting to act her grandmotherly age. :)  (or maybe not)

 And Alee is just happy to have her playroom slowly coming back together and unpacked!

We finished Spring Break by watching general conference with Rob's sister's family - sorry no pictures of that. You'll just have to trust me. :)
