Conjunctivitis

That picture barely even begins to show how bad his eye looked yesterday. It did just look like regular pink eye (which it wasn't) a few days ago, and it just got worse! It was so swollen last night he barely had to move it at all and it would look like he winked at you!
He did go to the doctor yesterday morning, and that's when he found out it was conjunctivitis, not caused by the 'pink eye' virus or bacteria but by some other bacteria that was worse. Fortunately, it wasn't any more contagious than the pink eye bacteria (which is contagious enough). I have rubbing-alcohol-ed everything I think he touched this week. And as of about 10 today the antibiotic should have him not contagious. (good) They did send him home from work yesterday when they realized he was contagious (I was hoping they'd leave him alone, but they sent him home, so I had to make sure that no one touched Daddy, and Daddy didn't touch anyone else or their stuff - all afternoon!)
