October Activities
I have been so busy, I haven't had time to write about what we've been up to, so here's a condensed version of the end of october:

Next was the trip to Ohio (which will have it's own posting next - above). Then, last night was halloween. The kids all dressed up. Carolyn took a late nap and woke up (or was woken up) in time to trick or treat. Natalie went with us. Kaitlyn stayed home with Rob. The three kids (that went) and I walked around with 2 other couples and their 2 kids each. It took a while to go around the neighborhood since most houses did not participate and we had to walk the whole neighborhood rather than just our loop. Carolyn had had enough of her 'glass slippers' by the end of it. (Which is surprising b/c she usually wears those shoes everywhere!) I'm letting the kids have candy for breakfast...I know I shouldn't, but it's only one day a year you wake up to that much candy! (I'll hide it after lunch today and pull out a few pieces at a time.)
FAIR
We went to the fair for 'lunch at the fair'. You can go in, (pay), stay until 2 pm, and leave getting your admission money back if you're out by 2. So, we did. Seth had time to ride only 3 rides. Carolyn didn't get to ride what she wanted. Her height required an adult and Rob had already gone back to work. (I had to stay with the twins.) She enjoyed the 'elephant donut' though!FARM BIRTHDAY PARTY
The next day, a friend had a birthday party at a 'farm', so we went - petted animals, went on a hay ride, ate hotdogs, and roasted marshamallows.
(Hayden is in black - she's the birthday girl, Ashley in green, Seth, and Jackson on the right. The big gap between the girls and boys did not stay. Seth was actually holding Ashley's hand at one point...in a little kid friend kind of way! Although I'm surprised he didn't squish in between the girls. Hayden is his favorite girl right now. She's moving in the next few months. Seth says we should move too.)OHIO & HALLOWEEN
