LEAPIN' LIZARDS!
We went to Leapin' Lizards on Wednesday. It was get in free (one admission per family) day if you wore gamecock clothes, so we all did (even though only one kid got in free). The babies are free as long as they aren't walking (so sit down Natalie and quit letting go of things!), and I'm free b/c what kind of fun could I have? (Actually if I weren't watching them all, it does look kind of fun.)
Their online thing says, "Leapin’ Lizards is Columbia’s only Parent-Friendly Inflatable Play Center. We offer a clever mixture of over-the-top fun for children and amenities appealing to parents.
Our philosophy emphasizes affordable, active, creative, imaginative, safe and sanitary fun for kids coupled with services that make a parent’s job a little easier."
I'd hate to work there. The employees basically just go around behind the children rehanging costumes and putting things away once the kids abandon each activity. (But hey!, we don't have to clean up when we're ready to leave...how nice!)
Their website is: Leapin' Lizards. If you live near here, you should check it out. It's right beside the coolest scrapbook store in town, which is owned by some members of my church from another congregation. The scrapbook store is called Pages from the Heart. Now...if only I could drop of the kids at Leapin' Lizards and go buy out the scrapbook store! :) anyways. The kids had a blast.
Carolyn tried on every princess gown she found (3 out of probably 6). Seth tried on an astronaunt costume and a doctor costume. They bounced a lot. They even took over a little spaceship-shaped tent and refused entry to other children. (Ok, I put a stop to that one.) Anyways, check out the pictures on our online album:
